Monkfish liver should be stored in a fresh, dry place and preferably consumed before the date indicated on the product. After opening, consume within 3 days.
To fully enjoy our Monkfish liver, serve it fresh, accompanied by lightly toasted toast or country bread.
Add a dash of fleur de sel and a few drops of lemon to make it all look great.
It goes very well with a glass of white wine or champagne brut. Ideal as an aperitif or starter.
