At the time of the aperitif, these rillettes are ideal to taste with family or friends! Groix & Nature rillettes are handcrafted from raw materials – fish, seafood or crustaceans – mainly from local fisheries.

They can be tasted fresh as an aperitif or as a starter with some good country bread.
