Find our famous fish soup, a generous recipe based on monkfish, seasoned with condiments and spices. We also offer a delicious "Velouté de Moules de Groix au Chorizo", rich in raw materials or rich in fish, an original and gourmet recipe, as well as a tasty "Langoustines Soup" with subtle notes of Armagnac and Espelette pepper. What are the main ingredients used in our soups?

Our soups and veloutés are cooked with a selection of seafood, mainly caught on our coasts. Depending on the recipes, you will find the authentic taste of monkfish, mussels from the island of Groix or delicate langoustines.

We also add a selection of vegetables, such as onions, tomatoes, carrots or leeks, which bring character and roundness to our preparations. Finally, we ensure the seasoning with spices, aromatic herbs and sometimes even a hint of white wine or Armagnac to enhance the flavors.

How to preserve our fish soups ?

Our soups and soups from the sea are packaged in boxes for optimal preservation. They can keep for several months in a dry place and away from light. Once opened, the product will keep 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator. For optimal tasting, however, we recommend that you consume our soups quickly after opening, in order to fully enjoy their freshness and intense flavors.
