Products
Where and how are our products made?
Artisan producers since 2000, we make all our recipes in our production workshop located in Port Lay on the island of Groix in Morbihan, Brittany. Our recipes are developed in the island's culinary tradition, where the human hand plays a key role. We allow time for browning, reducing and simmering...all of which constitute the know-how of the men and women of Groix et Nature.
How and for how long can you keep your products?
Our products should be stored at room temperature before opening, preferably in a cool, dry place. After opening, they should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 3 days for all our products, with the exception of culinary oils, which can be kept for 1 month after opening.
I'm pregnant. Can I still eat your preserves?
Our canned foods are safe to eat for everyone, thanks to the sterilization process. However, we encourage you to remain vigilant if you are sensitive to allergies or intolerances. You can find the list of allergens in each online product sheet and/or directly on the product packaging (allergens are indicated in bold).
