GROISILLONN SAUCE

For 6 persons :

250 g of cottage cheese - 10 g of Groix & Nature organic seaweed Fisherman's Blend - 3 cl of elderberry vinegar - 1 shallot - 20 g of pine nuts - 6 cl of Groix & Nature Lobster Oil with Vanilla - Flower of salt - Freshly ground pepper


1- Rehydrate the Groix & Nature Organic Seaweed Fisherman's Mix with elderberry vinegar

2- Peel and chop the shallot

3- Crush the pine nuts in a mortar

4- Mix these ingredients with the cottage cheese. Season, add the Groix & Nature Vanilla Lobster Oil. Chill for 2 hours.

5- Serve this sauce with vegetable sticks, seafood (whelks, spiders, langoustines, shrimps...)
