  • 2 carrots
  • 8 radishes
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 jar Groix & Nature mackerel rillettes
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Espelette pepper
  1. Peel and trim carrots and radishes. Cook in water and set aside. Cut potato slices and cook over low heat.
  2. Cut potato slices and cook over low heat.
  3. Cut the peppers with the same cookie cutter, and cook over low heat in olive oil, adding salt and Espelette pepper.
  4. Assemble the elements cold as shown in the photo, alternating a slice of potato, a slice of bell pepper and a spoonful of Groix & Nature Mackerel rillettes.
  5. Season your vegetables and drizzle with olive oil.
