  • 4 cans Groix & Nature Sardines in Lobster Oil
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant
  • 2 garlic cloves Cherry tomatoes
  • 30g butter
  • 30g flour Hazelnut powder
  • Thyme
  • Olive oil
  1. To make your crumble: mix the butter with the flour, hazelnut powder and chopped thyme. You should obtain a sandy mixture.
  2. Place the crumble in the oven at 180°C until nicely browned.
  3. Cut the zucchini and eggplant into 2, scoop out and dice. Confire over low heat with olive oil, thyme sprig and chopped garlic cloves.
  4. Reserve the Lobster Oil in a small container to garnish your sardine crumble.
  5. Wash cans, arrange vegetable marinade and sardines. Wash the tins, arrange the vegetable marinade and sardines and add the crumble on top.
