- 4 cans Groix & Nature Sardines in Lobster Oil
- 1 zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- 2 garlic cloves Cherry tomatoes
- 30g butter
- 30g flour Hazelnut powder
- Thyme
- Olive oil
- To make your crumble: mix the butter with the flour, hazelnut powder and chopped thyme. You should obtain a sandy mixture.
- Place the crumble in the oven at 180°C until nicely browned.
- Cut the zucchini and eggplant into 2, scoop out and dice. Confire over low heat with olive oil, thyme sprig and chopped garlic cloves.
- Reserve the Lobster Oil in a small container to garnish your sardine crumble.
- Wash cans, arrange vegetable marinade and sardines. Wash the tins, arrange the vegetable marinade and sardines and add the crumble on top.
