- 2 large slices of rustic bread
- 1 pot of Groix & Nature Belle-Île Oyster Mushroom & Organic Buckwheat Spread
- 100 g fresh goat cheese (or goat cheese log)
- 1 handful of roasted and crushed hazelnuts
- A few arugula leaves
- Black pepper
- A drizzle of honey for a sweet touch
- Toast the rustic bread slices in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5-7 minutes or use a toaster.
- Generously spread the Groix & Nature Belle-Île Oyster Mushroom & Organic Buckwheat Spread.
- Crumble the goat cheese on top.
- Sprinkle with crushed hazelnuts and add a few arugula leaves.
- Add a twist of black pepper and a drizzle of honey.
