La Tholognaise is a new sauce recipe made with White Tuna and Chorizo.

More than 50 years ago, the island of Groix welcomed many Portuguese families for the construction of the Port Mélin barrage.

Inspired by Portuguese cuisine, the recipe for Tholognaise pays tribute to the culinary tradition of this nation by combining the good taste of Albacore Tuna, emblematic of the Island of Groix, and Chorizo, the flagship product of Portuguese gastronomy.

To be enjoyed with pasta, rice, in salads or to prepare bruschettas.
