Our white tuna fillet Germon from Breton fishing, is cut by hand and delicately prepared in our workshop with thyme and bay leaf.
An authentic recipe that pays tribute to the old canneries of the island of Groix that participated for more than a century in the tuna saga of the island.

Our Germon White Tuna fillet can be kept at room temperature before opening, preferably in a fresh and dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
Our natural Germon White Tuna fillet can be enjoyed on good bread, in salads or in a savoury tart.
