INGREDIENTS
For one croque monsieur:
- 1 jar of Groix & Nature White Germon Tuna Rillettes
- 2 slices of sandwich bread
- Tomato concentrate
- Grated Emmental cheese
- Butter
PREPARATION
- Butter the slices of sandwich bread and spread the tomato sauce on the first slice.
- Spread the Rillettes de Thon Blanc Germon Groix & Nature on the slices of bread.
- Sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese.
- Cover with the second slice and add a pinch of Emmental cheese to the sandwich.
- Slide the croque into the oven for about 7 minutes.
- Serve with a green salad.
