INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Lobster Stews with Kari Gosse
  • 1 egg yolk
  • For puff pastry:
  • 150g of flour
  • 4g of salt
  • 10cl of water
  • 150g of butter
  • Kari Gosse
  • Turmeric

REALIZATION

Puff pastry (to be made yourself or already prepared)

Twist : 

  1. Roll out your dough in a rectangle 20cm high and 3mm thick.
  2. Cut strips 2cm wide.
  3. Spread the Lobster Potines with Kari Gosse, twist your strips by holding one end and turning the other 3-4 times.
  4. Dissolve the egg yolk in a little water and brush your twists with a brush to brown them.
  5. Preheat your oven to 200°C and bake for 15-20 min

Side sauce :

Garnish with a fresh cream sauce with Kari Gosse
