Lobster oil 250ml : Grape seed oil (48%), lobster* (44%), aromatics 8% (shallots, carrots, garlic). *Lobster blue, Homarus gammarus Possible traces of shellfish, fish, milk and gluten

Scallop Rillettes : Scallops* (47%), Pollock, liquid cream, shallots, carrots, butter, wheat flour, milk proteins, salt, parsley, garlic, pepper. Possible traces of molluscs, celery, mustard, nuts.

Crab Rillettes : Crab* (45%), seabass, cream liquid, shallots, butter, wheat flour, milk protein and lactose, salt, pepper, garlic. *Pagurus Cancer caught in the Northeast Atlantic. Possible traces of molluscs, celery, mustard, nuts.

Salmon rillettes : Salmon* (53%), cream liquid, smoked salmon* (10%), water, wheat flour, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt), tomato paste, salt, milk protein, pepper, coriander, sweet pepper. *Salmo Salar, raised in Scotland. Possible traces of shellfish.

Our rillettes are kept at room temperature before opening, preferably in a cool and dry place. After opening, they are to be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days.

Lobster oil is best kept before opening at room temperature and should be consumed preferably before the date indicated on the product. After opening, it is to be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 months

To enjoy Wonders of Groix Island, serve the  rillettes on lightly toasted country bread slices or rye toast.

Lobster oil, with its natural and delicate aroma, is perfect to sublimate your dishes. Use it to season a salad, grilled vegetables or fish dishes.

To accompany these products, opt for a dry white wine, such as a Sancerre or Chablis or champagne.
