Our rillettes are kept at room temperature before opening, preferably in a fresh and dry place. After opening, they are to be kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days.

Our rillettes are ideal fresh as an aperitif on toast, rye bread or cottage cheese. They pair perfectly with a glass of white wine.
