Mix of 3 seaweeds 34% (Sea beans*, Sea lettuce**, Dulse***), olive oil, capers 15% (capers, water, vinegar, salt) gherkins 15% (gherkins, water, salt, spirit vinegar, tarragon flavouring), shallots, onions, walnut oil, garlic. *Kimanthalia elongata **Ulva ***Palmaria palmata.
