Crab rillettes should be kept at room temperature before opening, preferably in a fresh and dry place. After opening, they should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days.

Serve Crab Rillettes with toasted slices of country bread or crackers or enjoy with breadsticks.

Pair rillettes with a dry, fresh white wine, such as Sauvignon or Chardonnay.
