    Tholognaise is a new recipe for sauce cooked with Germon White Tuna and Chorizo.

    More than 50 years ago, the island of Groix welcomed many Portuguese families for the construction of the Port Mélin dam.

    Inspired by Portuguese cuisine, the recipe of the Tholognaise pays tribute to the culinary tradition of this nation by mixing the good taste of Thon Germon, emblematic of Groix Island and Chorizo, flagship product of Portuguese gastronomy

    Conservation tips

    Tholognaise can be kept at room temperature before opening, preferably in a cool and dry place. After opening, Tholognaise should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days.

    Use the Tholognaise as a pasta sauce, accompanied by a few fresh basil leaves and parmesan shavings for a touch of freshness. It is also ideal with rice dishes (pilaf rice or risotto).
