INGREDIENTS

  • 2 jars of Tholognaise sauce
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Sucrine salad
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g white vinegar
  • Heavy cream
  • 4 corn cakes
  • 10 slices of chorizo
  • Olive oil

PREPARATION

  1. Wash and slice the peppers. Brown them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Make red onion pickles: In a saucepan, cook the sugar and vinegar and stop cooking at the first boil. Cut your onions into quarters and cook them for 2 min in a pot of salted water, brought to a boil. Pour your vinegar and sugar mixture over it and let cool.
  3. On the oven rack covered with baking paper, toast your chorizo ​​slices.
  4. Cut your salad.
  5. Season the heavy cream with pepper and salt.
  6. Heat the Tholognaise in a saucepan over low heat.
  7. Heat your corn cakes in a pan or in the oven.
