For 4 person:
250 g pizza dough - 100 g Groix & Nature Tholognese Sauce - 120 g sliced pancetta - 60 g candied artichokes - 50 g candied aubergines - 30 g candied sweet peppers - 100 g tomatoes - 200 g mozzarella - a few basil leaves
1 - Preheat the oven to 220°C (th. 8).
2 - Using a rolling pin, roll out the pastry before coating it with Groix & Nature Tholognese Sauce.
3 - Drain the aubergines, artichokes and candied sweet peppers and place them on the pizza.
4 - Add the tomato slices and the slices of pancetta.
5 - Cover with slices of mozzarella and place in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
6 - Decorate with basil leaves and enjoy.
