INGREDIENTS
- 250 g pizza dough
- 100 g Groix & Nature Tholognese Sauce
- 120 g sliced pancetta
- 60 g candied artichokes
- 50 g candied aubergines
- 30 g candied sweet peppers
- 100 g tomatoes
- 200 g mozzarella
- a few basil leaves
PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (th. 8).
- Using a rolling pin, roll out the pastry before coating it with Groix & Nature Tholognese Sauce.
- Drain the aubergines, artichokes and candied sweet peppers and place them on the pizza.
- Add the tomato slices and the slices of pancetta.
- Cover with slices of mozzarella and place in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Decorate with basil leaves and enjoy.
- Drain the aubergines, artichokes and peppers.
