Vegetable Pizza with Tholognese Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g pizza dough
  • 100 g Groix & Nature Tholognese Sauce
  • 120 g sliced pancetta
  • 60 g candied artichokes
  • 50 g candied aubergines
  • 30 g candied sweet peppers
  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • a few basil leaves

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (th. 8).
  2. Using a rolling pin, roll out the pastry before coating it with Groix & Nature Tholognese Sauce.
  3. Drain the aubergines, artichokes and candied sweet peppers and place them on the pizza.
  4. Add the tomato slices and the slices of pancetta.
  5. Cover with slices of mozzarella and place in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
  6. Decorate with basil leaves and enjoy.
  7. Drain the aubergines, artichokes and peppers.
