  • 1 jar Groix &Nature Mackerel Rillettes with Sichuan Pepper
  • 10 g Granny Smith apples
  • Parsley
  • 2 buckwheat pancakes
  • Butter
  1. Peel, core and dice the apple.
  2. Chop the parsley and mix with the diced apple and Groix & Nature
  3. Mackerel Rillettes with Sichuan Pepper.
  4. Butter the crêpes and cut out circles 8 to 10 cm in diameter. Brown in the oven.
  5. Place a teaspoonful of rillettes on each crêpe, one at a time, and finish assembling.
  6. Serve the millefeuille with a nice green salad.
