INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Jar of Rillettes of Grondin with Massala
  • 150g of rice risotto 
  • Some shoots of wild garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of truffle
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt & Pepper

REALISATION

  1. Fry the garlic in the oil, salt and pepper then add the garlic shoots of well washed wild garlic (without the stems) for 20 seconds maximum. Remove the garlic and set aside
  2. Cook the risotto rice according to the traditional recipe, add it in a pan with wild garlic, the Rillettes of Grondin with Massala, the truffle oil and the cooking water according to your taste. Season with salt and oil
  3. Salt and Pepper
  4. Serve the dish hot with ground pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
