    At the beginning of the 20th century, Groix was the first tuna port in France with more than 300 boats dedicated to fishing Germon albacore tuna also called Dundees.

    Tuna white germon (Thunnus alalunga) 33%, pork 28%, chorizo (pork meat and fat, chilli, salt, dextrose, garlic, oregano, spice extracts, ferments) 15%, fish stock (fish, water, shallots, garlic, olive oil, parsley, Guérande salt), shallots, wheat flour, garlic, parsley, agar agar, sugar, black pepper.     Conservation tips
