INGREDIENTS
For 4 persons
- 1 bottle of Seaweed Oil 100ml
- 1 jar of Seaweed & Basil Pesto
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g of mozzarella balls
- 25 cl of liquid cream
- Fleur de sel
- Pepper
PREPARATION
- In a saucepan, put the cherry tomatoes and cover with Seaweed Oil.
- Heat 10 min over low heat, remove from heat and let cool.
- Make skewers with your cooled cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Sprinkle with Seaweed Oil and add a pinch of fleur de sel.
- Whip your liquid cream into whipped cream or with a mixer, gently add a tablespoon of Seaweed & Basil Pesto Marin.
- At the time of serving, make an aperitif board with your skewers, your pesto cream to taste with breadsticks or raw vegetables, some country ham or chorizo and some dried fruits.
