INGREDIENTS

For 4 persons

  • 1 bottle of Seaweed Oil 100ml
  • 1 jar of Seaweed & Basil Pesto
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g of mozzarella balls
  • 25 cl of liquid cream
  • Fleur de sel
  • Pepper

PREPARATION

  1. In a saucepan, put the cherry tomatoes and cover with Seaweed Oil.
  2. Heat 10 min over low heat, remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Make skewers with your cooled cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls. Sprinkle with Seaweed Oil and add a pinch of fleur de sel.
  4. Whip your liquid cream into whipped cream or with a mixer, gently add a tablespoon of Seaweed & Basil Pesto Marin.
  5. At the time of serving, make an aperitif board with your skewers, your pesto cream to taste with breadsticks or raw vegetables, some country ham or chorizo and some dried fruits.
