INGREDIENTS

  • 480gr beef fillets
  • 2 chopped shallots
  • A few sticks of chopped chives
  • 5cl of soy sauce
  • 5cl of seaweed oil
  • 1cc of mustard
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • Buckwheat crepe

PREPARATION

  1. Dry the buckwheat crepe in the oven
  2. Make a vinaigrette with the soy sauce, seaweed oil and mustard
  3. Cut the meat with a knife, chop roughly.
  4. Mix the mixture with the shallots and chives and form the tartar
  5. Serve on a plate with the crepe on top
