Ingredients
480gr beef fillets
2 chopped shallots
A few sticks of chopped chives
5cl of soy sauce
5cl of seaweed oil
1cc of mustard
Freshly ground pepper
Buckwheat crepe
Recipe
1- Dry the buckwheat crepe in the oven
2- Make a vinaigrette with the soy sauce, seaweed oil and mustard
3- Cut the meat with a knife, chop roughly.
4- Mix the mixture with the shallots and chives and form the tartar
5- Serve on a plate with the crepe on top
