TAGLIATELLE AND PRAWNS WITH LOBSTER OIL

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 tagliatelle nests
  • 8 prawns
  • 4 slices of Serrano
  • 1 courgette
  • Groix et Nature Lobster Oil
  • Olive Oil

PREPARATION

  1. Bake Serrano slices at 180°C for 30 min.
  2. Peel the gamba tails and drizzle with Lobster Oil and season.
  3. Cut the zucchini in half and cut it into a brunoise. Skillet thoroughly with a drizzle of olive oil until brown.
  4. After cooking your tagliatelle, incorporate the gamba tails in the center of each nest and add the Serrano chips on top.
  5. Add a dash of Lobster Oil on your preparation and enjoy hot.
