Our Whelks rillettes can be kept at room temperature before opening, preferably in a fresh and dry place. After opening, they should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days.

Our whelks rillettes are ideal fresh as an aperitif on toast, rye or country bread. They go great with a glass of white wine.
