INGREDIENTS

For 3 people:

  • 1 jar of Germon Groix&Nature white tuna rillettes
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 3 eggs
  • 18 cl of olive oil
  • 60 cl of sunflower oil
  • Mustard
  • 1 lemon
  • Curry, Rosemary, Salt and Pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Trim your avocado on the top part in the width at the top of the core, remove the core with a fork and keep the hat that you will cut into small cubes.
  2. Using a tablespoon, gently loosen the flesh from the skin to keep the avocado whole. Immerse it in fresh water and add lemon juice to avoid blackening.
  3. Cook a hard-boiled egg and grate it, reserve a small part for decoration.
  4. Make a mayonnaise: 1 egg yolk, a teaspoon of mustard, salt, pepper and mix it with olive or sunflower oil and season with curry according to your taste.
