Small, moist tuna and seaweed cakes, both delicious and fragrant, for an appetiser that evokes the sea with every bite.

Ingredients:

  1. Beat the eggs into an omelette and add the baking soda.
  2. Drain the Groix & Nature White Germon tuna filet with olive oil, then flake it with a fork.
  3. Pour the Groix & Nature seaweed tartare with the tuna into the beaten eggs.
  4. Add the thick , chilli, mustard, a little salt and pepper.
  5. Stir gently, then taste to check the seasoning.
  6. Divide the mixture between small round moulds, filling them two-thirds full.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Serve lukewarm.
