The activity of the canning industry on the island of Groix and its rich history linked to the fishing for Germon White Tuna are rooted in the history of Groix & Nature.
We are committed to supporting and accompanying this heritage by providing a financial contribution to the activities of the Biche, last dundee tuna boat on the island of Groix.
This year, we made Germon White Tuna rillettes in the colours of the Biche cooked from Germon White Tuna fished by the line by the dundee.
The profits from the sale of this product will be entirely donated to SNSM de Groix (Société Nationale de Sauvetage en Mer).
