Courgettes stuffed with Dorade rillettes

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 round zucchini
  • 2 jars of Dorade Rillettes
  • 100g of piquillos
  • 1 small onion
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Trim the top of your zucchini a 1/2 centimeter under the tail and empty them with a teaspoon
  2. Chop the flesh of the zucchini and finely chop the onion and piquillos
  3. In a frying pan, sauté in olive oil for a few minutes
  4. In a bowl, mix the Sea Bream rillettes and add the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Stuff your zucchini with the preparation and replace the hat over
  6. Place them in a dish with a little water, bake in a preheated oven at 150° and cook for 30 min
