INGREDIENTS

  • 1 jar of Sardine Groix & Nature rillettes
  • 3 sardines
  • 1 galette of Sarrazin
  • 1 lime
  • Olive oil
  • Groix pepper
  • 10 g of sugar
  • 30 g of fine salt

PREPARATION

  1. Raise the sardine fillets and place them on a plate. On the flesh side cover with a mixture of 2/3 salt and 1/3 sugar and let stand 30 min.
  2. Rinse your fillets with clean water and dry them well.
  3. Pour olive oil at the bottom of a hollow plate with chilli and lime zest. Place your sardine fillets in it. Let it sit for at least 1 hour.
  4. Cut your cake in circles with a cookie cutter or a glass. Place them in your oven on a rack covered with baking paper and cook 5min in grill mode. Small patties should be crisp and colorful.
  5. When ready, squeeze your lemon on the sardines.
  6. Place a few rillettes on the widest side of your net and roll it on itself.
  7. Then, place your "roll" on your chips, pour a few drops of marinade on top then serve
