INGREDIENTS
- 6 slices of soft bread
- 100 g of Groix & Nature Lobster Rillettes
- 1 yellow sweet pepper
- 1 red sweet pepper
- 1 aubergine1 courgette
- Baby spinach
- Thyme
- Garlic
- Cherry tomatoes
- Chives
- Green asparagus.
PREPARATION
- Cut the bread into a rectangle, wash and cut the vegetables into slices of the same size as the bread.
- Fry the vegetables in olive oil, thyme and garlic clove (peppers together and courgettes and aubergine together). Meanwhile, toast the bread.
- Cut the green asparagus into slice and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes, then cool them in iced water.
- Add a spoonful of Groix & Nature Lobster Rillettes and make the club by playing on the harmony of the colours.
- Enjoy with some young shoots, asparagus and some cherry tomatoes.
