Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 can of Groix & Nature Plain White Germon Tuna Fillet
- 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- A few sprigs of chives
- Salt, pepper
- Paprika or Espelette pepper for garnish (optional)
Method
- Boil the eggs in a saucepan of water for 10 minutes. Drain, then plunge into cold water to stop the cooking and make peeling easier.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Gently remove the yolks and set the whites aside.
- Drain the White Germon Tuna Fillet and flake it with a fork.
- Mash the egg yolks with a fork and mix them with the flaked tuna, mayonnaise and mustard, until you get a smooth, creamy texture.
- Season with salt and pepper, then generously fill each egg white with this mixture using a spoon or a piping bag for a neater presentation.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives and a pinch of paprika before serving chilled.
