
Tuna Burger: The Tasty and Easy Recipe
Tender and full of ocean flavour: the tuna burger gives a Breton twist to a 100% trendy format.

Ingredients
- 2 burger buns (brioche buns preferred)
- 1 can of Groix & Nature Plain White Germon Tuna Fillet
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 red onion
- A few crisp lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato
- 2 slices of cheese (comté or emmental-style)
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- A few sprigs of dill or chives
- Salt, pepper
Method
- Drain the White Germon Tuna Fillet and flake it coarsely with a fork.
- Prepare the sauce: mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt and pepper. Gently fold in the flaked tuna to make a generous filling.
- Cut the avocado into thin slices, thinly slice the red onion, and slice the tomato.
- Lightly toast the burger buns in a dry, hot pan for 1 to 2 minutes.
- On the bottom bun, layer the lettuce, tomato, then the tuna mixture. Add the avocado slices, red onion and cheese slice.
- Close the burger and serve right away, with homemade fries or a green salad.
