INGREDIENTS

  • 2 jars of Groix et Nature Scallops Rillettes
  • 4 leeks
  • 15 cl soy sauce
  • 10 g sugar powder
  • 5 cl sake

PREPARATION

  1. Reduce the soy sauce, sugar and sake mixture until syrupy and set aside.
  2. Clean leeks and cut a slit with a knife on one side only to form strips of leeks.
  3. In a skillet, bring water to a boil. Blanch leeks for 3 minutes and drain.
  4. Cut strips 3 cm wide and 15 cm long in the white and green of leek.
  5. Layer 2 strips of leeks. Place a spoonful of Groix & Nature Scallop Rillettes on the end of the strip and roll the maki.
  6. Arrange maki in plates and sauce in small bowls.
