Makis of scallop rillettes with leek

Easy starter - Preparation 15 min - Cooking 15 min

For 4 persons:

2 jars of Groix & Nature Scallop Rillettes - 4 leeks - 15 cl of soy sauce - 10 g of caster sugar - 5 cl of sake

1- Reduce the soy sauce, sugar and sake mixture until you obtain a syrupy texture, then set aside.

2 - Clean the leeks and slit them with a knife on one side only to form leek strips.

3 - In a frying pan, bring water to the boil. Blanch the leeks for 3 minutes and drain.

4 - Cut 3 cm wide and 15 cm long strips from the white and green leeks.

5 - Place 2 strips of leek on top of each other. Place a spoonful of Groix & Nature Scallop Rillettes on the end of the strip and roll up the maki.

6 - Arrange the maki on the plates and the sauce in the small bowls
