La Godaille - Fish Soup: Water, fish (21%), monkfish* (18%), white wine (sulphites), onions, tomato paste, leeks, shallots, olive oil, Guérande salt, parsley, garlic, pepper, coriander, thyme, saffron, bay leaf. *Lophius piscatorius / Lophius budegassa. Possible traces of crustaceans, molluscs, gluten, milk and milk products, celery, nuts, mustard.

Langoustine Soup: Water, Langoustines* 16.%, Fish, White Wine (Sulphites), Crushed Peeled Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Salt, Acidifier: Citric Acid), Shallot, Carrot, Olive Oil, Armagnac, Guérande salt, garlic, pepper, Espelette pepper. *Nephrops norvegicus, caught in the North East Atlantic.
