    Monkfish liver* (95%), red wine vinegar (sulfites), salt, pepper, port (sulfites), pepper, caster sugar, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate, dextrose), nutmeg, coriander, natural vanilla flavour (glucose syrup, water, sugar, flavouring preparations, ethyl alcohol, natural flavouring substances). *Lophius piscatorius and/or lophius bedegassa, fished in the Northeast Atlantic. Possible traces of crustaceans, molluscs, milk, gluten.

    Tasting tips

    To fully enjoy our Monkfish liver, serve it fresh, accompanied by lightly toasted toast or country bread.

    Add a dash of fleur de sel and a few drops of lemon to make it all look great.

    It goes very well with a glass of white wine or champagne brut. Ideal as an aperitif or starter.
