Lobster pulp – Homarus gammarus, caught in the Northeast Atlantic (40%), liquid cream, Le Gall churned butter (20%), pollock, onion, wheat flour, tomato concentrate (tomato purée 28% – double-concentrated tomato purée 28%), milk protein, Armagnac (1%), Guérande salt, pepper.
