Presentation tips

Serve your sardine rillettes on slices of toast, blinis, or seed crackers.

Add a few lemon zest strips and a drizzle of olive oil just before serving to enhance the flavors.

For an even more elegant version, serve these rillettes in small glasses topped with crushed almonds and a few cilantro leaves.

Tips & variations

For a chic aperitif, pair this recipe with a mineral white wine such as Muscadet or Picpoul de Pinet.

Lighter version: Replace the cream cheese with plain yogurt and add a dash of lemon juice for extra freshness.
