INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Lobster Bisque Groix et Nature
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g rice risotto
  • Semi-dry goat cheese
  • 8 cl fresh cream
  • 12 beautiful langoustines
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper.

PREPARATION

  1. Heat the Lobster Bisque Groix & Nature with 38 cl of water and keep warm the time of cooking the risotto.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onions. Sweat them in a saucepan in the butter for 5 min. Add the rice and cook for another 5 min while mixing. Wet the rice gradually with the Lobster Bisque Groix & Nature by mixing regularly and cooking the risotto on a rather high heat. Cooking time is between 15 and 20 min.
  3. Add the cream, adjust the seasoning, cover and let stand warm while searing the langoustines in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Dress the risotto with the langoustines in the centre and sprinkle with shavings of semi-dry goat cheese.
