GROISILLONNE SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g of cottage cheese
  • 10 g of dry seaweed 
  • 3 cl of elderberry vinegar
  • 1 shallot
  • 20 g of pine nuts
  • 6 cl of Groix & Nature Lobster Oil
  • Flower of salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Rehydrate dry seaweed with elderberry vinegar

  2. Peel and chop the shallot

  3. Crush the pine nuts in a mortar
  4. Mix these ingredients with the cottage cheese. Season, add the Groix & Nature Lobster Oil. Let it rest for 2 hours.
  5. Serve this sauce with vegetable sticks, seafood (whelks, spiders, langoustines, shrimps...)
