An authentic range to savor

Discover our rillettes in their new format, a beautiful metal can with an authentic & vintage design and a generous 130g capacity.

This new range pays tribute to the history of canneries on the island of Groix and the adventure of Germon white tuna fishing. Caught aboard the famous "Dundees," sailing fishing boats, Germon white tuna was then landed at Port Tudy and Port Lay. It was subsequently prepared by the fisherwomen working in the five canneries on the island: Conserverie Romieux, Jégo, Kersaho, Orvoën, and Tristan-Calloch.

Delicately prepared in our cannery with respect for island culinary traditions, these five recipes tell the story of this rich past. Discover our classics, such as our delicious Germon white tuna rillettes, smoked mackerel with beech wood, sardines with Espelette pepper, as well as our haddock rillettes with curry and red mullet with Massala. Each bite is a gourmet taste journey celebrating this unique culinary heritage!

You can find them now on our website, in our shop located on the island of Groix, or at the Comptoir Insulaire Groix and Nature located in Lorient La Base.
