INGREDIENTS
- 2 Lobster Stews with Kari Gosse
- 1 egg yolk
- For puff pastry:
- 150g of flour
- 4g of salt
- 10cl of water
- 150g of butter
- Kari Gosse
- Turmeric
REALIZATION
Puff pastry (to be made yourself or already prepared)
Twist :
- Roll out your dough in a rectangle 20cm high and 3mm thick.
- Cut strips 2cm wide.
- Spread the Lobster rillettes with Kari Gosse, twist your strips by holding one end and turning the other 3-4 times.
- Dissolve the egg yolk in a little water and brush your twists with a brush to brown them.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C and bake for 15-20 min
Side sauce :
Garnish with a fresh cream sauce with Kari Gosse
