    Commonly called «The lady in her pink dress», the langoustine is the star of the port of Lorient. Located opposite the island of Groix, Lorient is the 1st fishing port for langoustines.

    Enhanced with a hint of Espelette pepper, our soup recipe rich in langoustine (16%) delivers all the delicate flavors of this crustacean.
