Our Groix & Nature Tips
For a more indulgent variation, swap the Comté for a bit of crumbled fresh goat cheese: the pairing with the pepper is even more flavorful. Craving a different pepper? Our Organic Sardine Rillettes with Groix Chilli Pepper offer an equally bold kick, with the taste of pepper grown right on the island.
