INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g of pasta (tagliatelle, linguine)

  • 1 jar of Groix & Nature White Germon Tuna Rillettes (100 g)

  • 20 cl semi-thick crème fraîche

  • 1 finely chopped shallot

  • Zest of half a yellow lemon

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill

  • 1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard

  • Olive oil

  • Salt, freshly ground pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the pasta al dente. Reserve 10 cl of cooking water before draining.

  2. In a sauté pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil and gently sweat the chopped shallot for 3 minutes over low heat.

  3. Add the crème fraîche and the wholegrain mustard. Warm gently, then stir in the Groix & Nature White Germon Tuna Rillettes. Mix well to obtain a smooth, creamy sauce.

  4. Add the lemon zest, dill, pepper, and a pinch of salt.

  5. Pour in the reserved pasta cooking water to emulsify the sauce.

  6. Add the drained pasta to the sauce and toss gently to coat.

  7. Serve warm.

For a festive touch, garnish with a few sprigs of dill or crushed pink peppercorns.
