On Sunday June 23, the Capital (M6) team set foot on the island of Groix to take a backstage look at our artisanal cannery, in a program devoted to new trends in aperitifs.

Our traditional know-how, inherited from the island's culinary heritage, is now making its way to the aperitif table with a range of spreads that give pride of place to vegetables... without ever forgetting the flavors!
Highlights of the show: our brand-new recipe for Tartinable de Pleurotes from Belle Ile & Sarrasin BIO, an alliance of land and sea, designed to surprise the taste buds at aperitif time. And our tasty vegetable spreads - carrot, cauliflower and butternut - seduced the film crew with their taste and originality.
